Paragon Software currently provides support services through several convenient and easily accessible channels, which you may consult for all your support needs.

On-line help text - available 24 hours a day, no waiting Context sensitive help text is available for most screens. Don't for get to look there.

Standard telephone support - available 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m. weekdays Telephone #: (920) 582-0400

FAX support - available 24 hours a day FAX Telephone #: (866) 207-9181.   You may fax your questions to the office where they will be processed during normal business hours. This is an excellent way of submitting questions about printed matter such as a reports. Be sure to include your name and phone number so we may contact you.

EMAIL via local CRIME messaging system - available 24 hours a day. This method is useful for questions or suggestions with no time limitations, as local EMAIL is not checked on a daily basis. 

Internet EMAIL - available 24 hours a day.   Send EMAIL to helpdesk3@paragons.com  Internet EMAIL is checked at least once a day and is a great way to get your thoughts down on virtual paper and out the door fast.

From our web site you have access to the latest news about C.R.I.M.E. and can visit our Support Services page to get help or make suggestions about the software.
